We offer primary care to those with special needs and complex medical needs. We do not take the place of your specialist but are happy to work with them to help manage your care. We provide well visits, sick visits, manage chronic conditions and as well as perform physicals. We place referrals to specialists and therapists as needed and connect families with resources based on need. We can manage mild to moderate anxiety, depression, and ADHD. We also provide some diagnostic and developmental screenings.
